Before Application
• Surface must be completely clean and dry before application.
• Remove all loose rubber granules and debris.
• Do not apply to rubber surfaces that are deteriorating due to insufficient binder in the original installation.
Application Methods
• Can be applied by roller, brush, or spray.
• Apply an even coat across the surface.
• When rolling, use light pressure to help the material penetrate between rubber granules and minimize roller marks.
• When applying by spray, refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for safety and PPE requirements.
Use as a Primer
• May be used as a surface primer prior to rubber surfacing installation.
• Product may be thinned to the desired viscosity using an approved compatible solvent when used as a primer.
Use as a Maintenance Sealer
• May be applied to existing rubber surfaces as a maintenance coating.
• Helps refresh and protect rubber surfaces exposed to outdoor conditions.
Non-Skid Applications
• For non-skid coatings, apply sand, silica, or polyethylene to the coating during application.
Curing Information
• Curing occurs through exposure to atmospheric moisture.
• Higher temperatures and humidity will accelerate curing.
• Lower temperatures and low humidity will extend curing times.
• Under normal conditions, the product will form a hard film within 16–24 hours.
Storage & Handling
• Shelf life is 1 year in the original unopened container.
• Store in a cool, dry location and protect from moisture.
• Recommended air and substrate temperature: 60°F–100°F
